Kathryn is a homeschooling mother of four, who lives with her family in Elyria, Ohio. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Bowling Green State University in 2009 and spent the beginning of her career as a paraprofessional, then special education music teacher for Summit Academy in Lorain. She currently teaches piano out of her home studio and is finishing post-baccalaureate work to become a board certified music therapist.
Kathryn and her husband, Aaron, are the majority owners of Atlas Venture Group and are currently launching the first non-utility scale solar panel manufacturing company in the US, Toledo Solar (based in Toledo, Ohio).
Kathryn is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for In Harmony Therapeutic Services. She understands that music therapy can transform lives and believes in the mission to make creative arts therapies accessible to all people who wish to benefit from them.
