Alicia Bousner Hrubey, MM, LPMT, MT-BC, (she/her/hers) is a board certified music therapist and the founder and Executive Director of In Harmony Therapeutic Services.
Alicia received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union in 2010 and a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music in 2012. She obtained her national board certification in music therapy through Baldwin Wallace University in 2017.
Alicia specializes in using music therapy with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and is certified as a trauma-sensitive practitioner through Lesley University. In addition to trauma-informed supports, Alicia combines music therapy with individualized behavioral supports, restorative practices, and community building in her practice. She believes in a multimodal, individualized, whole-person approach – of which the foundation is a strong therapeutic relationship.
Alicia is on the faculty of the Cleveland Music Therapy Consortium at Baldwin Wallace University and serves as Co-Chair of the Ohio Music Therapy Task Force. Alicia has presented locally, regionally, and nationally on topics related to non-profit music therapy business leadership, trauma-aware environments, and trauma-informed leadership.

Marsha Buck is a board certified music therapist who has been providing services in the Northeast Ohio area for the past four years. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She completed her music therapy internship at Bridgeway Academy in Columbus, Ohio.
Marsha’s passion for music and helping others led her to music therapy and became the basis of her work. She believes that having a strong relationship and trust with her clients is conducive for growth. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and exploring nature with her husband and her dog. Marsha is excited to be a part of In Harmony Therapeutic Services and serve through a trauma-informed practice.

Veronica McMurray (she/her/hers) is a board certified music therapist at In Harmony Therapeutic Services. She graduated with a Bachelors in Music Education from The Ohio State University in 2015. After teaching elementary and middle school general music for seven years in both Ohio and Colorado, Veronica began working towards credentials to become a board certified music therapist through the post baccalaureate program at Baldwin Wallace University.
Veronica’s experiences throughout her teaching career with students of various disabilities led her to pursue music therapy. She is passionate about sharing her love of music with others, and using music for an impetus of change with her clients. Veronica enjoys cooking with her husband, traveling and playing board games. She is grateful and so excited to have been accepted as In Harmony Therapeutic Services’ first intern.
